Flexie

Flexie was an earlier Boston-area pop-rock band led by Ellie Vee and Joe Wizda. Active for approximately five years before the formation of The Charms, the group developed the pair’s early songwriting partnership through a more streamlined, melodic pop sound.

Although Flexie never achieved the wider profile that Vee and Wizda later found with The Charms, the project represents an important first chapter in their shared catalog. Its songs and performances established the creative chemistry that would continue through The Charms, Jeddo Stars, and their subsequent work together.
