Ears Have Walls

Ears Have Walls is the creative outlet of Dublin songwriter, musician, and producer David Walsh, a founding member of Stand and a member of Empire Circus. Working from his studio in South Dublin, Walsh writes, records, and produces the project’s material while inviting vocalists and other collaborators to inhabit each song.

The project debuted in 2020 with “Kalta,” featuring Hail the Ghost frontman Kieran O’Reilly, and continued with singles including “Ouden,” “Petrichor,” “Saint Jude,” and “Up River.” Those early releases came together on the self-titled Ears Have Walls album in 2022, establishing a body of work built around atmospheric production, strong melodic writing, and a fluid collaborative identity.
