TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MUM BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RELATED TO NON-ACCEPTANCE TO THE GIRLS’ MATH COMPETITION) ARISING FROM THE RELIANCE ON, THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF 1630 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OTHER
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 1630 regarding the use of the Site. The failure of 1630 or any of its partners or affiliates to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance.
